Account Executive
BayOne Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to manage and support sellers on eBay Live. The role involves conducting training sessions, providing ongoing coaching, and monitoring seller performance to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct structured training sessions using existing scripts and playbooks
Guide new sellers on how to be successful on eBay Live, covering live-selling best practices, platform tools, and audience engagement tactics
After training, continue to handhold sellers through their first 8 weeks
Provide data-led coaching based on key performance indicators (e.g., GMV, viewership, conversions)
Offer continuous feedback and recommendations to improve seller performance and show quality
Monitor seller metrics, track activity, and help resolve issues affecting engagement or conversions
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, ensuring a positive seller experience
Each specialist manages ~30 sellers at a time
Onboard 2–4 new sellers weekly into their portfolio
Engagement period per seller: 8 weeks
Reports to a Manager overseeing 5 FTEs plus 1 operations support
This is the first contract role being added to the team to expand capacity
Will primarily support Canadian sellers, with additional coverage for U.S. sellers
Qualification
Required
