The role involves overseeing a collaborative group of neonatologists and advanced practitioners while providing comprehensive care for complex illnesses in neonates.

Responsibilities
Lead the neonatology team in a Level IV NICU
Provide oversight for complex illness treatment including HFOV, HFJV, iNO, and whole-body cooling
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, maternal fetal medicine, and interventional radiology
Manage ECMO services in collaboration with CICU
Oversee neonatal palliative care and NICU developmental follow-up clinic
Qualification
Required
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Valid state medical license
