Responsibilities

Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback
Achieve a first-time installation success rate as established by the Installation Manager, ensuring minimal revisits or callbacks due to installation-related issues
Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice, contributing to their skill development and ensuring a positive learning experience
Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers during installations
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing AA Service Co. during installations, earning high marks for professionalism from customers
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in Service Titan
Monitor and track the progress of the Install Apprentice, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and skill advancement
Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance, arriving at installation sites and appointments on time
Additional duties as assigned
