Apply problem-solving skills to implement Epic’s software for clinicians and patients
Collaborate with customers’ Windows server administrators to build reliable infrastructure
Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers during software installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades
Work with customers, technical teams at Epic, and other vendors to build technical solutions
Make recommendations for best practices to ensure long-term customer success
Collaborate with developers, technical support, software testers, and implementation specialists across the company
Learn about Epic software, operating systems, virtualization, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity
Qualification
Required
A history of academic and professional success
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, information systems, engineering, math, physics, or hard science preferred
Knowledge of Windows servers or experience with desktop administration is a plus, but is not necessary
