Responsibilities

Join our faculty as Primary Care Providers
Participate in a team-based care model
Focus on Integrative Behavioral health, population health management and care management
Improve patients’ access to primary care for sick visits with additional daytime capacity and extended hours
Engage in quality improvement, clinical leadership, or medical education depending on experience and interests
