Join our thriving business group as a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and/or corporate governance experience
Focus on public company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for companies in a broad range of industries
Handle corporate governance and transactional matters for private companies
